Egyptian and Greek culture in Malaysia culture

Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange Building , Greek culture

The column of this building is Doric style since its top is plain. It is simplest and heavy fluted column with saucer-shaped capital. In my opinion, this design made the building seem like more formal and a working place since it is a stock exchange building.

Ipoh Town Hall, Malaysia, Greek Culture

The column of this building is an example of Doric order. As a hall, the simplest line made it looked like more serious. However, these column have base while the Doric style has no base. The culture different hence some changes has made.

Putrajaya Bridge Pillar, Malaysia,Greek culture

This column seem like thinner and more elegant. Its capital decorated with scroll-like design. This is Ionic style building.Behind the column have the Malaysia culture texture on the bigger column. This pillar combined the Greek and Malaysia culture.

Shah Alam Stadium , Malaysia, Greek Culture

The interior design of this stadium influence by Greek culture since it can fit in large amount of audience. It round shape and diagonally allow audience to capture the moment without worrying block by the front audience. This design made the architecture more applicable than others stadium.

Golf Club Kuching ,Sarawak,Malaysia, Egyptian culture

The roof of the golf club formed a pyramid shape and this made it looked unique. In ancient Egyptian, pyramid seem like power and wealth. Since golf is a highly expenditure activity thus this golf club build in pyramid shape seem very high class.
